Gladys standing up to cancer

I'm sure fans of all our clubs will wish Alan Hinton well in his latest battle with cancer.

To any of you holding off going to the quacks for a check up... don't delay.... please go and get checked out.... like I did

I held off for most of this summer and then got triggered to go in to the doc. 24 hours later I had my appointment in the post and within 10 days I was in the Royal getting the first of my tests, Its now looking less serious for me than our Gladys, and I know if you believe in karma then all your thoughts will help him recover after his op.

When you need them the NHS doesn't let you down fellas and I'm going to think of Alan's battle every day and will him though it so that can be back at the Ipro to see the Rams in the Premiership.
