Adebayor out the window

According to the Mirror this morning we're open to offers in January

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/emmanuel-adebayor-returns-spurs-compassionate-4817024

Obviously this could be ballacks, we'll have to see if he gets in the team.. but who would take him, and who do we get in??

We r, completely agree mate. Everyone has family commitments and certain people have issues which can affect work but it seems to be something of a regular occurance with Adebayor. If it's not one thing causing problems then it's the other. He clearly could not give a flying feck about the club and his attitude to our supporters with that outburst put the final nail in the coffin for me. I have no sympathy for a guy who earns as much as he does but still causes problems where ever he goes.

You would forgive him if he were banging them in but his form has been poor

Adebayor is a really troubled man and having money doesn't make it any easier. His issues are way deeper than just football imo. He needs to get well out of the limelight and really, his advisors should be thinking about persuading him to dissolve his contract with Spurs and retire from football for good. I know it wont happen as his advisors are the very ones that will lose out financially but it is sad to see this man spiral down into a pit of despair while the hangers on get fat.

Although we'd be mad to sell without a replacement there is every chance he's causing trouble behind the scenes, it wouldn't be the first time..

Hopefully he's returned having broken the curse and will score us a shedload of goals

If not sack him off and get Benteke in.

Grand

I disagree.

Dalph is having a good season but is bang average. MS from Southampton is the player Poch wants so Levy needs to get him. Grand I don't want us buying any more average bloodÿ midfielders. God only knows we have more than our fair share of them.

As I said he is a good player not a great one but he would improve us because at the momennt we have midfield players that dont put in much running and definitely dont hit a tackle. Obviously he is nowhere near the player Schneiderlin is but that does not mean he wont improve us
