How can I manage to lose 20 kilogram weight

Can anybody tel me how to lose 20 kilogrammes weight in next 5 months as I have 95 kg weight.I have already lost 15 kg weight in 4 months but now I am stuck on 95 kg for the least month.I do skipping for two consecutive days by skipping 4000 times in one hour each day that I do exercise.I eat brown bread with fried egg, then eat a subway sandwich which is either oven roasted chicken, turkey thigh sandwich or barbecue or tikka chicken. Then I eat one small sweet potatoe as a snack and with two chappatis and curry or cooked vegetable in dinner.

What should I do now as I cannot lose weight anymore.

Thanks in advance.

Lots of running - outside. If it's hot though remember to drink lots. Outdoor running is much more effective than indoor and more tiring - set yourself a route and work on cutting down your time.

If you're really keen (I used to be quite into cross-country) note your times for specific parts of your run and work on beating each sector. Then if you want to tone up, get some running weights (wouldn't advise moe than 0.5KG to start) and see how that affects your time and then work on brining your time with weights to as close as your non-weight time as possible. They're utterly killer. Used to add about 10% to my pretty respectable 1.9 mile time.

Oh, and make your main meal breakfast and have a light supper. I personally hate a light meal in the evening, but it's supposed to help.

Jud knows

Seriously though, I heard of a great exercise to help lose weight whilst on an expedition in the Maldives. An age old tradition. Must be tried to be believed, however.

Look over your left shoulder, then look over your right shoulder. Now repeat 4 times. Do this every time someone offers you food

NOTE: I have never been to the Maldives.

My sister has been to the Maldives three times this year! I’ve yet to go.

Why is out door running better? I remember when I was losing weight and exercise had become quite an alien concept to me for many years mates asked what I had been doing, they laughted when I told them I jogged on the spot in front of the telly, it worked for me!

Much more balance adjustment (every step), irregular terrain and obstacles mean that you're constantly moving around and increasing/decreasing pace - which is much more tiring on your muscles. The balance aspect is also a big one - just trotting along on a treadmill is easy because you can quite literally close your eyes and zone out. Outdoor running (if done fast) requires pretty much constant concentration. Also slopes etc. are more common.

Quite fun to do an experiment - check your indoor time vs your outdoor time!
