Tactics? No. Have a look at arsenals mid

I never post on here but i think this is called for. There are a load of people in both the media and on here that are talking about liverpools "home draw" like it was some kind of tactical masterclass. No it wasn't.

The issue was that arsenal couldnt hold the ball in midfield and that they didnt have any midfielders going beyond giroud. Because of this we had no defensive solidity or attacking threat at all. The media are saying liverpool have all this character etc. Kept going on about how much a miss sturridge was but i didnt hear a mention at all about our midfield. Look at the players who were missing from our midfield. Arteta, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ozil. The first three were missed so much yesterday and i am just suprised that no one has seemed to mention that.

In terms of attacking threat. Look what happened the first time a midfielder went beyond giroud. We scored. That is something ramsey does everygame. Yes we were poor yesterday but look at the facts rather than saying "Brendan got tactics spot on". I wish people would open their eyes rather than just regurgitate what the see in the media.

The point is those going on about finishing are making it out like you sliced us open and had so many clear-cut chances wasted. You really didn't. Our keeper made only one good save from Borini's header. Markovic had a half-chance from a tight angle. Your best chance other than the goal came from Sterling's blatant handball that helped set it up.

You took a lot of shots but the shot statistics heavily flattered the actual chances created which were miniscule.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There weren't a host of great chances, certainly not as many as in the United game but certainly enough to have won the game.

We huffed and puffed to 27 shots.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
and only 8% were successful so in that game your attack was as poor as your defence
----------------------------------------------------------------------
More successful than in your game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You seemed so proud of the 27 shots stat, thought I'd but some sort of perspective on it.

How many shots did you have against United the other week?

Another game that attack and defence were equally pisss poor and yet your defence took the blame and your attacking play was praised bizarrely by some

The only crying I'd be doing over LFC this season will be due to laughter.

You are back to the midtable dwellers you actually are, last season was merely a blip in form and normal service has resumed

You have become very bitter TOOR, is it visa renewal time for the wife.....does she have enough points or do you need to send her back in the supplied stamp addressed envelope?

You have had 30-50 shots in two league games and still have a terrible scoring rate. It's the poor tactics and nothing else.

Oh and Borini

He is amazing

Borini is no Dundee

That's some record for one of the worst strikers people will have ever seen turn out for liverpool.........

That was until the Borini was unleashed, he is just a young lad though with a great future ahead of him.
