as per an earlier post was clearing an old drive and realised I had four versions of Scotland the Brave on it .
Our fitba might be better than the league of Ireland but we fecked up the being us bit big time

you dont need to keep a brave face, just put an arm round someone, hug your wife, she will be breaking her heart but if you feel for a minute you need your wife then tell her, she will get strength from listening to you as its helping her distract from her pain, its a two way street, you dont have to be there for everybody debear, just deal with this as best as you can, the pain you are feeling at the moment is overwhelming, but your winning half the battle by sharing. Just hang in there, do the best you can do, your going thru the 4 stages of a bereavement, the 1st one is acceptance........it will come

So sorry to hear your sad news,and I hope you are now getting some sleep and rest.
