I want an owner who stays the course and doesn't sell up to another owner.

I want a manager who stays the course and isn't replaced by another manager.

I want players who stay the course and don't get transferred to other clubs.

How long is the course? In my book at least 3 seasons.

I want stability at the club even in the face of defeats, this constant changing of owners, managers, players is holding the club from making good progress.
If you look at the championship money is not an issue relatively speaking, the clubs at the top are not awash with great financial resources...so it must be something else? A good environment in which to work and blend team, club spirit, good ethos, that probably comes from a stable environment.

NJS, it should be known that what one want's never get's, well, not around here anyway, but that's a different story!.

A good environment is probably where we'll be playing our next game, but the bod picking the team won't be allowed to wear a suit, for some reason or other that changes his job title but he still loses that when it goes wrong!..

And stable, we ain't had one since we got shut of our carthorse!..

Oh what we could do with a carthores now!.

The odd thing is, 2yrs for the Prem said our man in the suit, I wonder if he knows that dropping down to come back up fits your timescale better then his!.

NJS, odd that one, if I remember rightly the Scratching Shed was always that full when you had a warm feeling on your back it was from a 10ft headcase that couldn't make the toilet!.
