DPL v Brizzle City

Evening all.

May seem early but I might not be on here till the weekend so I can tally up the past 2 games points as well as forecasting the next fixture.

The performance at home to Coventry was ok but I felt when they went down to 9 mine we should have gone for another goal or 2 especially as they were pouting forward in search of a goal.

Points wise Selby picked up 8 for the correct score and result Xon 6 for the result and scorer with myself, Hound, NY, Donaldo and Cheltenham all scoring 3 for the correct result. Roverian gained 3 also for predicting Butler as first scorer.

With a very poor Boxing Day attendance of 6916 only Xon collected any points 1 for being within 500.

Peterborough away I felt with our away form we could have gone and brought the points to make it 100% over Xmas but sadly a dab draw resulted, but another solid clean sheet.

Myself and Rover Ian both predicted a draw for the result, picking up three points apiece. With no goal being scored it was then onto the attendance where Donaldo, NY and Cheltenham picked up four points for being within 200. Selby and AussieLad gain 3, with myself, Hound and Xon with 2.

Onto Saturday it's the fa cup and a good chance for us to progress to pull out a Big side in round four. I have a feeling as Bristol city are sitting top of the league they may rest a couple of players in search of making sure they do everything possible to go up and get promotion to the championship.

However with our poor home form I think we will draw 2-2 with Copps opening the scoring for us. Crowd again a disappointing 5432.
