Szczęsny in Christmas mood.

Expect Szczęsny to play the next league match and not be dropped.

Look Wenger is given the plaudits when he has done well and he has to take the blame for this fiasco.

Chesney lost complete confidence a season ago and wenger used fabianski because he knew Chesney was not up to it.

So why didn't Wenger replace him in the summer instead of buying a backup in Ospina.

I agree - I think you mean to direct this at Godfather
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ospina wouldn't be just a backup if he were fit. Can you honestly look at the squad after Welbeck was bought, and outside of defense and a defensive mid, have said that there wasn't depth all around? No one expected the midfield, where there were too many players, to be decimated by injuries.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

We have not been weaker in the middle. And Alexis and Welbeck have done extremely well while Giroud was out injured. Frankly we are 3rd highest scorers in away games. welbeck was a gamble because we needed a better striker but he has done ok.

The problem has been the goalkeeper (not new after he was dropped last season). and Mertesacker lack of pace and horrible displays, and no DM.

I doubt Ospina was bought to start. His injury history suggests that he was bought as backup.

Szczesny should be dropped for at least a few matches.

A full strength Chelsea only got a draw here a few days ago. We have simply been hit too hard by injuries today. That being said could have got a brilliant point if not for professional footballers making worse mistakes than a Sunday league player. The keeper should be dropped
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Chelsea battered them though and saints got lucky. They should have had a clear pen too. We on the other hand got taken apart. Lucky it was 2-0.

Just fak off u clueless twit.

What has that got to do with what I wrote you moron?

Player keep making mistakes because they don't get dropped or punished for there mistakes. Szez, Per, Gibbs ect have make so many mistakes this season its untrue yet they are still first choice.

Going by our points average so far we're on course to get 63 points at the end of the season. We've entered one of the most bountiful periods in our history and spent lots in the summer, yet we've gone so far backwards that this may end up being our worst ever league campaign under Wenger. I don't understand how any anyone can still defend the man from the criticism coming his way, sure some players made silly errors today but the man has had 18 years to mould this club to his every liking, he is directly accountable for anything that goes wrong on the pitch. Wenger out.

Has to be dropped against Hull. Unforgivable errors under no pressure whatsoever

Players make mistakes I get that and understand. But to make the same mistakes every single faking game is unbelievable. That's got to fall on the manager if it happens every game.

Would Jose/Fergie stand for players making these simply mistakes? Hell no

Problem is we signed a keeper to keep Diaby company and Martinez does not exactly inspire confidence.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I would have liked to have seen Jose at Arsenal and he might actually have accepted the challenge just to rub it in Wenger's face.
