Hes one of the only players from this current Chelsea team who fully gets the never give up attitude that Mournho's best teams all had.
He showed amazing determination last night, and he can hold his head high from this defeat. So far hes also the only player whos played well in our big fixtures, hes been carrying us, and the criticism he receives do not warrant how good a player he has been for us.
Hes our best player by a country mile, just like Sanchez is Arsenal's best player. I just hope we get him to sign a contract, I want to see more performances from him like today in the future.

Still think Matic is our most important player. He was poor today. poor agst Southampron and suspended for Newcastle................and looked what happened.

Of course....he is our one game chaning attacking player.....look at the last two games
We were struggling agst Southampron he gets a goal out of nothing, credit to fab also.
Today, we were not playing well, but some hazard magic and we were 1 nil up

No I agree, even though he hasn't got as much goals as Costa or as much assists as Fabregas - I think he is the attacking player I would dread losing. Not just because of recent form.
