After being a bit depressed after our awful result today, I found some satisfaction in the utter humiliation Spurs managed to give to Chelsea.
Watching how shocking Fabregas was, reminded me of his Arsenal and Barca days where he would often put in a stellar performance for the first half of the season and then go on holiday after December.
The difference is when he did it for us, we didn't have anyone else to step up and would suffer whereas Chelsea have more solid players who can be relied on.
Because of this, I think Man City will take the league again this year. It makes me sad to think about how far away from Man City we are (I mean as a team, not leageu position)
Fabregas 5 month shift done?

It makes me sad to think about how far away from Southampton ...let alone Man City. Can't believe how far we have fallen in terms of performances this year. It's lazy Wenger not being bothered to actually do anything about our multiple deficiencies.

Chelsea may have leaked 5 goals but at least they scored 3. We hardly threatened the Southampton goal at all today.

After losing a game and not looking like scoring at all, these articles are just embarrassing
Ps also, you shouldn't be happy to see Spurs win. Chelsea are not our rivals, Spurs are

I didn't watch him enough after he left us to comment on his Barca form during the latter stages of his seasons there, but, barring his last season at the Emirates, which did end farcically, I don't recall any such dip in his performances for us.
Perhaps it's just me though...

Seemed ok to me. Created a few chances for Chelsea today and along with Hazard seemed to be the only real threat

Far from Southampton! Calm down a bit. We lost and gave stupid goals away. But we are atleast Five players short through injury or suspension who are starters not bench warmers. Put them back in and rotate properly and we are far better than our league position. Not as good as city or Chelsea but not faraway either. Take 5 out of their teams for 2 to 3 months at the Same time and who knows how they would have coped.
