A winnable game for both clubs who will no doubt want a big draw in round 4.

The transfer window is open we need to be wise and buy well, looking at our fixtures I would hope we have enough points come 1st April as we have a very tough run of games, lets hope the match at Blackpool on 2nd May is just a nice day at the seaside and not Mr Clark sending us down with him……………………

Awful game. We didn't look interested from the off and Reading were no better. In fact we honestly thought they had come for the draw and a replay.
I don't know why Butterfield was left out cos we showed absolutely no creativity in midfield without him.
I honestly don't know what to think anymore. Are we as poor as we seem at times or is it down to negative tactics? I know something needs sorting and fast cos a lot of fans seem to be losing interest. As LV said we're paying money out for no return, definitely no entertainment there.
I'm now going to have a coffee (I know how to live the high life) and read my book, more entertaining than Town.

Hogg misses the watford game next week now and if we play with 2 up front next week we will get mullered...i dont mind wells or vaughan up front on their own as long as bunn and scannell are on both wings with licence to attack!
Why the slow tempo?...we allus lose games when we play like that?...we look half decent when we play to a high tempo and just go at teams...they didnt give a fook today and the fans are no fools...not even 8 thou is terrible with a discount too.....we want 100 percent comitment every game!

My brother is also a Reading fan and came with me today, sat in the home end. Don't tell the club!
He was pleased at the end but me as a neutral at the game both sides were extremely poor, one shot on target all game and Reading took their chance, you didn't when you headed over the bar unmarked at 0-0.

well, what can I say...that was totally awful.
Like a said about Reading, a typical niggly southern side, no interest in entertainment,and Town....oh dear.
If I hadn't had a lift to the game, I'd have left at half time...and as it is, I won't be back again this season.
Let dean hoyle moan about falling gates if he dares...that wasn't worth 9p, never mind £9.00
