yup digby don't see any positives, less money, top players won't want to come and the likes of Kos might want to leave.

not sure it would be a positive to be out the CL or indeed out of Europe altogether....

its a sickner every year to get beat by a Barca etc, but its a decent ride whilst it lasts.

I would not be too worried about a season in the europa league as A) the winner Q's for the CL and B) many of our youth and fringe players would get games.

but ultimately you want your club to be facing the cream of Europe and not watching other teams play whilst having a nice midweek break.

No, the Europa League would be a disaster for us.

Thursday night football before the weekend league games is awful, we would lose a lot of money that we could spend on players, top players will be even less interested in coming to us - the morale of the team in playing in such a shlt losers tournament would be affected.
