I forgot to include the best player Stevie G ever played with, Steve McManaman.

Think he was being sarcastic when he said tag tag bunch of journeymen. If you didn't pick it up at first, after that, he stated it twice more.

Forgive the scouse truant his lack of comprehension, I hurt his feelings by not holding Stevie in as high esteem as he or his peers, he lashed out. I'm sure he's realised that and regrets his naked emotional response to reposting my factual thread.

Hector I agree with most you've said, but Stevie did single-handedly carry this team.
On a scale of Tom Cleverley to 100 I would rate Stevie a 91.
I was thinking more 89, but after his heroics last season in helping Liverpool mount a title challenge, I increased it to 90.
It was only when he single-handedly carried them out of the title-race and created a pantomime, never to be forgotten, did I increase to 91.
First he did the huddle, then the slip, then he made my fecking season. Tony Pulis' laugh as well.
After a season of Moyes, Stevie really did shine a light on my darkest footballing hour.
Stevie, you will be sorely missed by this football fan. Thanks for all the memories soft lad <kissescamera>

Lads don't waste your time with Hector.

Yawn!
Away back to your LFC-only sites Jan, your myopic view is best served amongst your own kind and not suited for polite society.
