The Posh MUST beat the U's this coming Saturday - (a) we haven't won any of our last ten or so games, and (b) historically, we have done well post-Christmas.
It doesn't bear thinking about (the U's are second from bottom), but a loss could quite possibly mean the end for Fergie.
The player have recently returned from Marbella. Let's hope it proved more than a jaunt for them, and they pull out all the stops to secure a win.
UTP!

Happy New Year Thorney and good luck on Saturday, surely you'll get the win. We don't play until Monday, at Coventry. Meanwhile I shall enjoy us being in top place until Saturday at 5pm

Unfortunately, it looks like one of our three terriers, Taylor, will not be available tomorrow. Let's hope the other two, Maddison and Otzumer go out all guns blazing tomorrow.
Time to avenge that unlucky FA Cup defeat.
C'mon the Posh!

A very blustery start to the day. Let's hope it does not linger, otherwise the game will become a lottery and we'll have to rely upon a change of luck (in addition to improved play) to win the it.
Fingers crossed - UTP!

That was painful. We've lost our way and it's difficult to see where our next win is going to come from.
Still, at least we remain above Barnsley

Oh dear TP, and i thought we were bad.Soon you will be getting under 5000,thinkl it is time to get Warnock in!!!

We're not bottom (yet), TP, but Warnock's an idea ...

Warnock is the pits...anyone else would be better but don't think you can have Cooper back. Just read Darragh's rant, glad I'm not one of your players!
Things will get better though, but I'm not sure that it will be under the current manager.
Genuine commiserations Thorney.

Thanks Don for your warning. I don' think Warnock and Posh would be a fit.
We heavily dominated the first half (and less so, the second half) yesterday but failed to score, and then gave the U's their first goal. Something's amiss.
Is the manager in too comfortable a position? Is he infecting the players with complacency?
Something's got to change. Preferably, our not winning.
BTW, Don, good luck on the rugby pitch against Coventry on Monday night.
