My guess is he wants to leave Everton because he's heartbroken to see what Martinez has done to his beloved club. Undone all the hard work that St Moyes did to build a solid defence.

Yeah, fair enough. But I think all the criticism he had last season regarding Martinez doing a better job than him has been debunked this season with the very poor job his replacement has done so far.

Moyes is a good manager

I just don't think he knows how to manage star players in a top team. 95% of sides would be very happy to have him (not now because of all the negativity..which could undermine him) on ability to manage.

Yeah, that might be true. I reckon he can manage the star names who buy into his honest, hard working philosophy like Rooney but I can see his pragmatic ways being the antithesis to some players and that could cause problems.

He's doing a decent job at Sociedad and it'll be interesting to see how he does there once he brings some British players on board.
