Were Chelsea better before they signed Costa, Fabregas and Drogba?

Were Arsenal better before they signed Sanchez?

Apart from Liverpool, none of the top teams are any weaker.

Arsenal are worse than last year despite their signings. Liverpool lost their best player and their other striker has been injured for half the season. Chelsea improved. The rest are not stronger and going poor this season compared to last.

LVG should be doing better.
