You also predicted we wouldn't get out of our group in the Europa did you not? You were heartbroken we equalised against City.

not too downhearted from last night. played a fair amount of the game with 10 men and still did not lose in 120 mins of the game (whereas a few weeks ago we may have done). robles is certainly growing as is besic. lukaku scoring goals now. think we are slowly getting back on track

Sometimes coming close is worse than a thrashing. We did well considering,and at least we know our team has got it's fight back. Howard getting injured maybe a blessing,Robles has looked decent.

wasn't a fan of Robles initially, he was particularly dreadful against arsenal last year in the fa cup, wasn't great against Krasnodar either. that being said now that he's had a run of games he's looked better and more confident every time I've seen him. Howards been poor this season and Robles after that performance is number 1 for us now.

The next couple of games are vital for Martinez.

There were signs of improvement in first game v West Ham then we were much better against City and were very unlucky last night.

We need to take this new found confident into Monday night and get a result v West Brom, do that and we sould go on a decent run, however, draw or even worse lose that and then lose the next two then I'm afraid the axe will have to swing.
