WPBSA have made a bid to get snooker in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
What do you think? Should snooker by an Olympic sport in the future?
Tokyo can choose one new sport to introduce at their Games in five years time.
Snooker at the Olympics?

I think it would be great if it was an Olympics event. It would attract more viewers like me for example as in general I'm not really a fan of the Olympics.
I#d have to disagree with Judd though saying winning Gold in the Olympics would be bigger then winning the World Title.

Mark Selby won the German Masters he beat Shaun Murphy 9-7 in the final yesterday. Shaun was 5-2 up and had a chance to go 6-2 up. Selby won the frame to get it back to 5-3 then in evening session he won the first 4 frames to lead 7-5 Shaun could have won those first 2 frames as well. It was then 7-7 and Selby won the last 2 frames.
Trump made a maximum in the quarter finals against Selby too but lost 5-4.

Been announced today that snooker will not be at the Olympics in Tokyo 2020. Can't say I'm too disappointed at that decision - not sure many of the players will be too fussed either.
