his enthusiasm and drive in midfield. Hopefully Algeria will lose midweek, and he will be on his way home. Spurs could definitely do with him in midfeld for the Arsenal game.

Sandy, he comes back in perfect time for us bar any injury. We should have enough in our locker with a full strength team to despatch Sheffield United and beat westbrom at the weekend then it's the big one v arsenal with bentalab back

Wow, I know we need the lad but I would like to see him lift the Afcon Cup with his country. Give the rest of our non-achieving guys a kick up the backside.

Lol...its actually a poor reflection on our club that Dembele, Stambouli, Capoue and Mason can't fill a 20 year old's boots in our starting line up.
Is it really that hard to pass a ball forwards? Maybe it is...

To be honest mate I don`t give a fig about that competition. I just want him back playing for Spurs.

Iovargo, Jesus mate who gives a flying f uck about the African cup of nations. It's an absolute pain in the a ss and we have lost a very important player because of it. I was actually glad Algeria lost because it means we are closer to hopefully having bentalab back

do we really miss him so much, that is sad, some of the others should be stepping up, as Sandy keeps saying we have a good squad, its only one player, what has our club become

Dave, yeh we do because although bentalab don't contribute with goals what he does bring is quick tempo and gettyng the ball forward accurately which is what luka modric was so good at. He makes us tick where as you have useless f ucks like Dembele, Capoue and Paulinho who have about as much pace with the ball as a garden snail and every move is a sidewards pass. It's infuriating to watch these guys.

I like Bentaleb and I do believe he is first choice when fit, but I wouldn't say he's a key player for us. We should be able to get by with whoever else we have.

The African National Congress are a joke. Corruption
Bentaleb is one of our better players. Or at least one of our more effective players. Why a player with Demebele's ability can be so g.ash is beyond me. Until we sign a quality orthadox cm then we must play him. Better than the overrated Mason for sure.
