First off, I’m not a Chelsea fan but was watching the game last night and couldn’t help but admire Costa. I think he’s brilliant
He’s an old school battering ram of a striker who drags, pulls and fouls defenders. He basically makes himself a nuisance for the whole game. He’s got a dirty/hard-man side which I weirdly like. In a world of fairy strikers doing triple somersaults and belly-flops to the ground at the slightest touch, he (more than often not) stays on his feet.
I can see why Chelsea fans love him and why opposition fans hate him but one thing is for sure, most people would agree that you’d want him in your team.

About Time, you will search long hard and fruitlessly to find any comment from me supporting Luis' behaviour. Clearly he too had/has a psychiatric condition that found no favour with me nor countless fellow Reds.
I had a bet with a Chelsea mate, before the start of the season that Costa would be red-carded by the first 10 games. I wasn't that far out was I?

He has amassed 7 yellows in 19 games.
Surely, a retrospective match ban given for a Red Card offence ,is the equivalent of being given a Red Card. I know he can Appeal against the decision but the same goes for having been shown a red on the pitch.

I never said he had been shown a red card! I dont have to look at any stats site to know that.It has been on the tv,radio,in the papers and smoke signals since Tuesday.

I think what he means his that Costa committed a red card offence that just wasn't given to him. If the FA see them as red card offences, he should be banned for at least 3 games and be charged.
