Either there`s only a few of us or most of us have gone mute all of a sudden. Must admit, I`ve only been a member for a couple of days but our board is mostly full with multi posted stuff. We need to try and get the same type of banter going from the old place (RIP and good riddance).
I`ve got a feeling next season will better last. Our best season for decades and I for one want to be part of banter with old friends/wums on here....If I`m talking to myself, I guess I`ll have to start boring people I know to get them to join....
My prediction for next season.....
PL - 2nd again
CC - Semi finalists
FA Cup - Retain trophy
CL (how great to have to include THAT!) - Go out in last 16
City contingent on here

As Wayne Rooney's a fashion icon, I'm expecting him to grow a mullet once his implants kick in.
---------------------------------------------------
I have it on good authority that he already has a mullet, however, it grows from his beer gut down wards and is as tough as iron and hence can't be trimmed. This is the main reason he never goes on holiday, he just can't get shorts big enough to hide his ever growning nut mullet

United should be in Pot 5 after that dismal performance in the final.

i think our record in the CL in recent times elevated our fairly unknown neighbours in to the 3rd pot!........so after me 1 2 3 THANKS UNITED!!!

I wonder if its because we've been in Europe 2 out of the past 3 seasons, oh and finished joint second?

no such thing as joint second, it was third. A good acheivement but third nevertheless.
If two teams are on equal points at the top, they are not joint winners !

It was joint second on points....the rest is just for statisticians

so if City were top with equal points but a better goal difference you would share the title with the team that came "joint first" ? I remember Arsenal winning the league on the same points and goal difference as Liverpool and only won on goals scored. I don't remember anyone talking about joint winners.
