Who's picking team?

Some fans on here, namely Drearies (I love that word, reminds me of a grey rainy day) were peddling the rumour that Cellino was picking the team, the formation and was responsible for our form.

Let's have a look then,

A) Redfearn is the one who changed the formation, not Cellino.

B) Redfearn is the one who has slowly ousted many of the Cellino signings and picked his own players, not Cellino.

C) Redfearn picks the team.

D) We beat Hudders, thanks to two Cellino signings however, the form was crap, as were Hudders. The performance against Hudders was worse than against Bournemouth, which was mediocre and not brilliant.

Sharps goal came about through a forced subbing, it was not tactical (but we'll take it) We still have big problems going for the Jugular, and our midfield is our biggest problem imo.

All the players did not perform well today. All commentators after the game said the same thing, and many fans agreed.

Cellino is not here, so I don't see where our performance has excelled now he's gone. Truth is, our past performances under Redders (not counting his temp role) had nothing to do with Cellino or what was happening in background, like some like to continually have us believe.

There has never been any evidence, from anyone that suggested, or confirmed Cellino was picking the team or formation, or that his presence had anything to do with bad performances and results; if it was the case, why did so many fans keep blaming Hockaday and Darko?

The above are made up rumours by those who are constantly looking for anything to twist and turn to blame Cellino for.

The coach / manager is responsible for team selection, performances and results; we've all been following football, both playing and watching, long enough to know how football works in Britain.

E) Another truth is, Cellino, in the face of adversity has managed to stabilize our club financially without putting us into admin.

Cellino managed to get rid of bad players, journeymen and high wage earners that most fans were calling for.

Cellino brought in 15 decent players, some that Redders has managed to oust by the way.

Cellino cut the staff down to help the club stop losing 1 mill a month.

Cellino was paying players wages, and club debts when GFH refused too, all before he owned the club.

Cellino stood up to the FL and GFH.

Cellino wants the club and team to prosper and get promoted.

Cellino has passion for LUFC, and cares about the fans.

There's plenty of articles on the internety thingy (love that by the way Germany) so my suggestion is many need to read more.

Only reason we're divided is because the cheeries have their eyes open and can see reality, whereas the others don't want to because it conflicts with their personal, and small group agenda of hating anything Cellino.

Absolutely correct KevT,

as can be seen by the drearies comments.....

They do tend to shoot themselves down in flames, don't they.

Mowatt had yet another quiet game and Imo needs replacing. He didn't play against Sunderland or Bolton which were two excellent performances. NGoyi or Sloth or even a striker could come in to play down the left. Murphy and Cook are still playing well and should stay in

Luvr thinks that Cellino has brought in 15 decent players....

You down at Thorp Arch everyday peering over the fence at training, cause half of them have barely kicked a ball for us?

Nice try Pro,

You're right Pro, I wasn't at either, like thousands of other genuine fans I can't make every game, but I do go when I'm able.

Are you like Geldered who thinks only genuine fans go to matches?

---------------

Nope, I just think it's clear from your evaluation of the game that you didn't go as it's nothing like what it actually was.

Also, you give 0 credit to whom, without, the second goal would not have happened. Excellent work from Sam Byram.
