Freedman has been appointed. I'm less than convinced with this!

I assume he was lined up a few weeks ago and it was almost a matter of time. Just can't help thinking we'd have been better waiting, maybe appoint someone temporarily and see what options there were at the end of the season.
It's Freedman

Unfortunately not, after the 3rd time round the priest realised I was not catholic & threw me out …. Must come down to your place sometime & try the non-cathlic wine.

If SBD is pleased with this appointment then we know we're doomed!

Cheeky CFF
I cannot say I am pleased as it comes on a day Pearce has left.
However I was seriously concerned about Petrescu coming and when you take into account what we had a chance at getting (and there is not a lot to choose from) we could have done a lot worse then Freedman.
Everyone is judging him on his end at Bolton but he did pretty well before then as a manager.
Also if you all want to judge how bad a manager is, remember the Wolly for us? Now look at him at Derby!

Yes but McLaren had done well elsewhere and the Forest experience was a blip in his career. Freedman has done nothing to convince me he's a good manager. Good luck to him though!

Super, Macs CV says it all mate. Look at his CV compared to freedmans
Outstanding job at boro, rewarded with the England job, managed consecutive QFs, we can't get out the friggin groups now!!!
Outstanding job at FC Twente, winning there first ever league title in there history.
Wolfsburg, pretty average but kept them in the top flight.
F0re5t well, how many games did he have? 10-15 before he walked? I know I WUM a lot but on this occasion I'm not. He walked because of your owner, 'broken promises' was the term he used. Obv the results wernt there either but no manager has succeeded under him. Is it 5 or 6 managers have come and gone during his tenure, with the longest lasting just over a year, 13 months 'unfinished business'.
So, surely you realise that under this current regime, you've gone backwards? And now fail to attract any decent calibre of manager. Under that guy, nobody with a decent CV will touch your club.
You, the fans, are the only people who will get him out. I'd be jumping on that bandwagon, quick.
