Hopefully it'll stop the Dopes on a rope gang from whinging for next 12 months, doubt it though.

What about all the other times they promised to buy it back? Why is it different this time?
Just PR rubbish to keep fans onside and you've fallen for it.

I have some great news
I'm getting £34,000,000 from a Nigerian prince put in bank account next week.
I just have to send him a few thousand first through western union to pay for the fee's to release the money.
Then I'll buy back Elland Road

H'Gate I had similar the other day. Only £2,000,000 mind - apparently i'm inheriting from my long lost (very long lost) West African Grandad.
If you buy back ER, i'll buy the Peacock ...........

When I receive my Kenyan lottery win money I'll buy one of those mangy burgers they serve up in the south stand.

VOF - he doesn't even say he expects to buy back Elland Road. He says a lot will have changed around the stadium in a year's time with a separate clause that the club is wealthier if it owns its own assets.
Beware the lack of a date too. An impending date is usually the only thing that forces something to happen.
