Been there while I was travelling Italy.
Every single car in Napoli has been hit by another car. Struggled to find one without a dent/scratch- Drivers a mental!

Simple answer is get in a motivational speaker to do the team talks and let you lot pick the team and identify the transfer targets.
Robb could do a poll every Friday - CM: vote 1* for Carrick, 2* for Carrick, 3* for Carrick, 4* for Fellaini or 5* for Fellaini.
