Is History repeating itself?

So I've been hearing alot of pundits and fans talk about the 'power shift' in North London this week probably due to us beating Arsenal at the lane, was a great match and for any Arsenal fan that thinks we've won our 'cup final' this year, No that's on March 1st.

However the much talked about 4th spot and Champions League is being analysed and can we do it? Mathematically of course we can but I remember 2 years ago when Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon led us to a 2-1 win over the Gunners and we were about 7?? (maybe even 9 points clear of Arsenal) and everyone was saying how we were getting 4th that season. We then went on to lose to Liverpool 3-2 away and end up finishing 5th.

I do believe, Arsenal will go on some crazy unbeaten run probably taking 28 points out of a possible 30 in the next 10 games by then they would have secured 4th and be lying comfortably in 3rd. Arsenal either start good or end good, last season it was start good, being top at xmas this year its end good. Realistically I think we are fighting it out with Man Utd and Liverpool for 4th, I can't see us doing it but I can hope. However were in a cup final and if we could do something in Europa id be more than happy with what MoPo has achieved this season. We look like a totally different team, who are playing good attacking football. A few changes in the summer, fingers crossed new scout Mitchel can pick out a gem or two and we stick with MoPo long term. Things will look good for the future, maybe not this season though (hopefully I'm being too pessimistic though)

"You were played off the park! Even Wenger had no excuses this time."

It's still not a "mullering", or thumping as stupidly described. Or a thrashing. And a lot of crap I've heard it described as. It was a narrow win, with the passage of play defined by the fact we never went behind till 4 minutes from time with little time to react. It's not like when we thrashed you 5-2 (twice) and 3-0 and could have STILL added a lot more. THAT is a mullering. Stop flattering yourself with that nonsense.

Forget about the scoreline you half-wit, I have seen absolute one-sided games, where a team has all the play and does not even win doesn`t mean the better side one. Arsenal were played off the pitch last week, your manager said so, the pundits said so, the media said so, everybody said so, except a half-brain numbskull like you. FFS Sheriff you really need to get your bias hat off.

Chronic the Goonslayer - is still 100% behind Poch!

here is sheriff this is the mug telling us all how badly arsenal would beat spurs last week what a clown

He is also the clown that said the top scorer in all competitions in England in the top flight was next to useless. FFS he was one jealous dude. Mind you watching fecking walnut and the seven dwarfs playing every week is enough to tip you over the edge.

Why would I forget the scoreline, you thicko? Football is about goals. Spurs had just 31% possession and far less shots when you visited the Emirates this season and you still nicked the draw. When you broke your 10-year winless league run against us with Rose scoring THAT goal, Arsenal had overwhelming dominance of the play and Gomes in goal was man of the match. It would have been odd to be bragging of "mullering" you and telling you to "forget the scoreline". What a cretin.

Keep flattering yourself.

The Fecking power shift they has seen arsenal in the CL every season just to make up the numbers. Give me the good-old fashion mullering Spurs gave Arsenal last weekend over who finishes in front of who. Sheriff is fecking halfwit who thinks arsenal are one of the big boys.

You will still be staring up at the rear ends of our shambolic pile of poo come the end of the season. One of the few guarantees of English football. Coming from the desperate cretin that said league positions don't matter. But an isolated match win matters even though no trophy was won, eh? Will you ever get tired of making yourself appear a window-licking ret.ard?
