I read an article the other day (anybody old enough to remember Selwyn Froggett saying that).
The subject was how good the Scots are at making up nicknames.
Couple of them -
The lawyer nicknamed Easyjet because of all the cases he lost.
And the 4' 11" janitor who was called Janny De Vito.

My brother got the nickname "Duracell" at school
School uniform was:
Black shoes
Black trousers
Black blazer
He's got ginger hair and was a very fast runner in his younger days
