I wouldn't be too sure. Sounds like a wind up to me.
"Add to that the fact that your average football fan outside of Stamford Bridge dislikes Chelsea, and loves to see Jose Mourinho slip up, and it becomes easy to focus on the bad referee, rather than the naughty footballer."

Good old media encouraging the hatred against Chelsea.
They all loved Jose when they thought he was going to Utd. Tune got quickly changed when they realised he was coming back to Chelsea.
Hypocrisy at it's finest.

Haha you guys make me laugh
Mourinho has got you lot believing some awful tripe, he's a great manager but the way he has you lot eating out the palm of his hand is truly wonderful. Fair play to the guy.

this FAil article seems to be a bit of a wind up though.
why would the F.A take tripping up a ref a season or two back into consideration.
Why should they ban Barnes for the rest of the season?
Sure it was a bad tackle and deserves a ban of say 3 games.
Also Matic deserved the red card for his reaction (some people seem to think that we are saying that he didn't deserve the red)
i think this article is VERY tounge in cheek tbh
