Barton vs Taarabt

When joey barton woke up this morning he had the choice whether to join Qpr or not. How does he think he's too good for them? I personally think he'd have had a better shot at prem football next year if he went to west ham. Its all well and good the club has ambition and a bit of money but bein the first marquee signin is a bit brave.

ability wise, joey barton is too big for qpr.

shame he's such a sailor tat, else he'd be an international and at a decent club.

i think he genuinely could've done a job for a villa, arsenal, stoke type midtable squad with ambition.

It's not a case of Barton versus Taarabt, their gonna be on the same side !! Both are exciting players and whatever happens it's gonna be good to watch. Another psychological boost for the R's. Should come away from the north west today with another three points, just like last week.

Yes, I'm concerned with Barton & Taarabt, as they will both want to call the shots. NW will have his hands full stroking egos and getting them to gel with the team. Should be fun!

i think what OP is getting at,is that barton may have a problem with taarabt's workrate(or lack of)and won't be shy in telling him so......

therein could lie the squad problems.....

He didn't go to the other clubs because they didn't want him. Or.. They didn't offer him a secure contract. Simple As.
