That's two poor days at the office and oh dear what a poor performance from the Brewers it was.In my opinion none of our players played well in fact I thought Robbie was at his worst and should have been replaced.
Jimmy has got a lot of thinking to do this week and make his mind up just what is his best formation and his best eleven to carry out his orders. We were lucky how results went for us on Saturday but that's not always going to be the case.Ok all teams have a blip in form but it must be rectified and very quickly or you soon loose that winning habit.
I do question if he has tinkered to much with the squad because the players hes brought in certainly don't show any more quality than we already have or had.I hate to say it but big Mac is badly missed and looking at it he would have been worth a big investment to keep him.
Its off to the north east next week and what an important fixture it is for us to get back on track fingers crossed it all comes good.
Oh dear !!!!

Yes i cant quite believe we have lost two matches on the trot and remain top ! . I too thought Robbie Weir had a very poor game as did Akins . Poor Beavon i do feel sorry for him ,but he too suffered from poor support . Time to freshen up i think ,we have quality on the bench so lets see how brave JFH IS !!

That was a re-run of the Accrington game. Poor passing, shocking ball control and quite devoid of ideas in how to break the opposition down.
Credit where credit is due though, there were 2 teams in that game. Newport played very well, they were better than us and they deserved to win. Fair enough.
Am I concerned? Nah. We are not the first promotion chasing side in history to have a wobble and we sure won't be the last. It's not the falling down that matters, it's how you get back up.

I just hope JFH finds the answers quick !
We have got to change things because teams have now worked us out ( who ever scores first will win the game ) 1 goal and shut up shop, that's what we have been doing to teams all of this season and why we are top. JFH now needs to work out a way to deal with teams who are set up this way.
I have no doubt, we have the team to finish the job off and it only takes a run of 4 or 5 wins to be in the top 3 at the end of the season
Come on brewers let's kick on again !
