This months lineup looks pretty bland.

The rumour going round a few forums RE the late notification of games was that Sony were scheduled to have a few other games that were dropped at the last minute (Dishonoured and OctoDad are mentioned ).

Not sure what the delay was, but I dont think you can argue too much about the games on offer, they are all pretty new, a brand new Oddworld although not my cup of tea is a very popular series.

As a list of free games its actually pretty good.
