The Clarets' last league win over Liverpool was by 1-0 at Anfield in September 1974.
Liverpool
Liverpool are unbeaten in 11 league games, and have won six of their last seven.
They are the Premier League's form team in 2015 with 20 points from eight matches (W6, D2).
The Reds have drawn five of their home league games this season, more than any other side in the top half of the table.
Brendan Rodgers' side have kept five clean sheets in their last seven Premier League games.

The Clarets are winless in seven away matches. Their only away win this season was a 2-1 triumph at Stoke in November.
They have conceded 45 league goals, the division's joint-worst tally with QPR.

top 7 won this week, shoulda had them all in a bet ,nevermind
Pretty comfortable evening

United were extremely lucky. Stonewall penalty for Newcastle turned down in the first half and their goal came from a throw which should have went to Newcastle. Made all the worse as I had Newcastle in a five team accumulator and the other four won.
--------------
Man Utd will be very difficult to stop for top four this season. LVG has had lots of flak but the team keeps picking up points. They also have seasoned players who are used to playing under pressure.
We haven't beated Utd since LVG took over...they may bore their way into the top four

You're sensitive..... You obviously didn't have Burnley for an away win, but it's wouldn't exactly be an insult to suggest you could of dropped points away to Newcastle, would it? And there's no doubt that you're picking up points whilst not playing well. You don't need to be defensive about it, you should be happy. Without a bit of luck, you could easily of been down in 7th/8th place....

On the way home now, another very pleasing team performance, and it was all very comfortable really. Top performance from Hendo, really relishing the captains armband, so much praise for him tonight.

Fed up of Utd disgracing the league with their horrific football yet being rewarded for it. If they were to get 4th they would be the worst team to ever get 4th place in the history of the league.

I've actually won three bets this season when I've bet on United to lose two and the other to draw. First game of the season I think I got 6 or 7/1 on Swansea and stuck a tenner on it. Was on for over £700 when I backed Swansea in the reverse fixture only Fulham drew.
It's a good bet to bet against United this season believe it or not due to the odds you get. I think I'll stop it for the rest of the season though as it was painful losing the bet and United getting a late win.

When you're right, you're right Terminator...
Of course I didn't have that Burnley bet...
I can't trust Liverpool to do the decent thing and Lose.
That's why I've been doing serious overtime this past 18 months!!!!
And agreed anything is possible. I'm thinking it goes to the last weekend. Heartbreak aplenty.
We could drop to 7th in one weekend!!
I can't call this one, just strapping the seatbelt, hanging on for the ride! Bumpy as hell I can tell you.
Guess it comes down to the face to face.
Who wants it more.
One thing for sure is, when we meet, the form book goes out the window..
Same story, LFC blitz UTD early, while UTD go for possession.. And slowly get back into it, then take control. Then the last 30 mins, all hell breaks loose...
Could be close, or someone gets battered!!
