If either of them had even been a little bit more competent in front of goal Harry Kane might not have got his chance to shine
Lets be honest in August Kane was 3rd choice and most of us never believed him to be anything other than a squad player. It was only the awful performances of Adebayor and Soldado that allowed Kane his chance.
So Soldado and Adebayor especially thank you for your inept rubbish performances and allowing the Kane to break through, now can you both sod off and allow us to buy someone decent as back up.
Thank Adebayor and Soldado

I think Adebayor has 1 year left on his contract at the end of the season, i see him just sitting on it as nobody is going to pay him 100k per week now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The best we can probably do is cancel his contract...say £3m pay off and then he can join someone, earn £40k a week and not be out of pocket.
We save £2m, make space in the squad & move on, he can still afford his Bentley and all his charitable stuff.

Let hope so as he needs to be moved on, must be annoying to have someone in the squad who is paid more than twice what you earn yet contributes nothing

2 absolute donkeys upfront ain't we and I was one of those really hoping and supporting Soldado. Not supported Adebayor in a long time due to him being the biggest waster we have ever bought. It's criminal to think what he gets away with and still pockets over 100k a week. The quicker these 2 donkeys go the better.

I doubt anyone would offer Adebayor £40k/week considering his age, reputation and all round ability. One time, back in the day, but not now.
As I said earlier, elsewhere, he will either sit out his contract or we pay it up in full. I would suggest that Levy will let him sit where he is as there is some financial gain in paying him monthly rather than a year in advance.

I can see Barn Doors autobiography in 10 years, "How I made Kane a superstar"....

Rumour was West Ham would have paid £60k and palace £70k pwk
Think best bet is buying him off as you suggest.

I'm sure there would be plenty of teams who would stack up the money and wages to buy him. He was once a quality forward, and he isn't quite old enough to be completely past it, I'm sure any manager would back themselves to turn his form around.
