Even with Burnley performing "andsprings on Sat there might still be a Jack Palance for us. Burnley ave three tough games coming up and Sunderland ave lost the plot. Some points against Everton and Albion would see us back in with a shout. Don't wanna ear anything about fat ladys just yet.

RR, me and you both said that we needed to buy young talents not people like Rio there for his pay cheque BEFORE the season.

We said this ages ago. Now we are screwed because we just buy "big names". Do we even have a scouting system? The club is in crisis now. We are totally screwed, getting relegated and smacked with a £40m fine? I want us to sell EVERYONE. All the old people who are terrible, get them out, they are all there for the money and build a young side.

A lot of my family is watford fans and I envy them because they are run the right way. We are ruined. Best news for us would be to go down and then down again and clear out all the old guys. Then we can build again with youth system and scouted players like charlie austin who are hungry for sucess.

Yeh, i know what your saying but i don't think though it's best if we go down. We ave appointed Les Allen, Les Ferdinand, Steve Black and not concentrated on the basic's, a manager and a coach. I'll go against the grain and say i liked Harry. I think our problem was with Joe and Kevin. Mustn't forget Phil Beard as well. Football is ultimately played by players on the pitch.

This Sunday really is "the last chance saloon", but at the moment we are not screwed, we aven't been relegated, we are not ruined and as long as i ave a hole in my a.rse i will never envy Watford. Come Monday morning i may concede all what you say is true, but until then..............

Mate I am too demoralised for that. I remember having hope last time we went down. Going crazy home to wigan. Down to 10 men and Remy scores last minute for a 1-0. Then we give a free kick away for no reason and they score. 1-1 and basically relegated. We always find a way to ruin everything. We need a clear out. Buying guys like Rio for £60k a week is a joke.

I remember it well, a real kick in the teeth. Won't appen on Sunday though, we'll ave put the game to bed around the hour mark !!
