According to rumours I have read on line we have agreed terms with Kevin Wimmer a defender from Cologne. To be honest I have never heard of him and know nothing about him. Lets hope he is better than the rubbish CB we currently have on our books

If we got two really good CB's, I would be tempted to try Verts in midfield, he has good ball skills & his passing is also very good. Just a thought? Players have occasionally moved positions as we know from experience with Bale!

it is a good sign that Poch wants the summer to bed players in.

Its ok bedding them in,its waking them up is the problem.

He is only 22. He may be good but is it just going to be more of the same lack of experience.

We need some proven players with leadership qualities and winning mentality, not more young players with potential that hopefully we develop and make a huge profit on

If our scouting is anything to go by I am sure he is shiite.
Any chance the fans scouting him 1st??. Think we will make a better fist of it than whose job it is at the club

We are also linked with Simone Zaza, who has played for the Italian senior team.
The stumbling block is Juventus, who apparently have first option if US Sassuolo sell. He was sold to them by Juventus & part of the deal was a first option clause allowing Juventus to buy him for £12m in 2016 or £15m in 2017.

Buying players from Italian clubs is a pain in the backside with all that co-ownership nonsense. Think there's another kid called Domenico Berardi who's owned by Sassuolo/Juventus who's supposed to be very highly-rated.
