We will witness tonight. Monaco will rely on their first result, but Arsenal will go for it.
However, Arsenal should still acknowledge that they need to defend better than the first leg while also being clinical in front of the goal. To score three goals is easy for Arsenal when you have players such as Sanchez, Walcott, Ramsey, and Giroud so on. Monaco will sit deep and only use counter attacks, so I would play this line up below, and it can be done.
I would like to see Rosicky and Walcott start, but it doesn't matter whoever plays in the midfield, as long as they are aggressive and committed. Ozil, Sanchez, and Welbeck should all come on as substitutions for this game. Arsenal need fresh legs this game, so it is important that Sanchez and Ozil should not start because they have been playing more matches lately, but Welbeck could start in place of Walcott, though I prefer he does not.
Gabriel should come on instead of Mertesacker because we will face a number of counter attacks as we need to maintain a full offensive approach from start to finish.
…………………Ospina………………………..
Bellerin…Gabriel….Koscielny …Gibbs.
……….Coquelin…..Ramsey………
..Walcott…..Cazorla………Rosicky…..
…………………Giroud……………………….
Possible result: Monaco 1- 4 Arsenal Giroud 15, 37, Walcott 52, Sanchez 84, Moutinho 61

good luck
IMO you just need to come out swinging. You've got the firepower and if you come out aggressive and score you'll rattle them.

Im amazed Gabriel has recoved so quick from his hammy injury, clearly hes not been with us that long to get fully used to our treatment.

It’s around 4 years since Monaco conceded three goals at home (when they were in the French second tier).
They have conceded 1 goal in 12 games, and have the best defence in Europe. Monaco also have the second best CL home record (only bettered by Real Madrid). We will not score four goals against them tonight.
A draw IMO is a more likely result.

I don't care what team it is, if you play defensive, you will go through with a 3-1 lead. 2-0 Arsenal is the maximum realistically.

Villa 0-3 Arsenal
Gala 1-4 Arsenal
Brighton 2-3 Arsenal
If it's so 'easy' as the OP likes to put it, for us to score 3 goals, how come we've only managed it 3 times this season on the road?

I think we will win, but go out, maybe giving Monaco a scare.
