Rangers bossed the game without putting Alloa away for long parts of that game.

But the defending for the two goals was shocking. Lee McCulloch was the sole reason for the 2nd goal, standing ball watching and forgetting he was meant to be marking.

They guy is the weak link for me and needs to be dropped. Zaliukas is pash poor. Until these guys are dropped we wont improve.

The fact im actually now thinking Moshni is a better option tells you how bad we actually are.

Couple of plus points for me tonight though. Walsh continues to impress although its sad that a boy making his 2nd start seemed to be the main option of attack.

Murdoch was solid and didnt seem to be fazed by being dropped recently.

Shiels worked harder than ive seen him work for a long time. Covered every blade of grass and was always looking to spark something with pace and urgency.

Probably adrenaline. Big games against prestigious teams like Alloa'll do that.

We wanted to play bigger teams but they said you will have to play everyone in the league, apparently that's the way it works now

Ron as an attacking unit it was 80% better than saturday day you can see the improvements mccall has made, no hoof ball it was almost non existent, how boyd was kept on so long is beyond me, after our 2nd goal we should have tightened up and take the sting out of it bearing in mind we have mcculloch at centre half
