Not been impressed with Groves post-Froch seems to be something missing....Degale on the other hand seems to be on the rise. As their first fight was contentious...Me thinks should Degale (as I expect he will) beat Dirrell....He'll reverse the Groves defeat...Later in the year.....
Eventually I expect Frampton, Degale,Yafai, Joshua to become the stars of Brit/Irish Boxing..
Degale better than Groves now ???

Still don't know why you suspect Degale thinks Groves always beats him when he thinks he won the first fight ??

Yes at this point in time DeGale is better

James should win, but its a question of Groves having his number. Can you explain how Barkley ko'd Hearns and outpointed him in a rematch? Hearns is the better boxer yet sometimes a fighter has another guy's number. Saddler always beat Pep yet Pep was arguably the better boxer.

The first fight could have gone either way. The KO loss to Froch has affected Groves as it would affect any boxer. Degale has improved and peaking now.
Groves needs to put quite a few things right in his career if he wants to progress has made some poor choices out of the ring.

Froch finished groves, abit like meldrick Taylor vs Chavez 1, where that loss finished Taylor as a elite fighter the 2nd one has done for groves, can see him getting pole axed again against a decent puncher

Taylor took a sustained beating, It was the one punch that did Groves in.

Don't think being chucked in against 154 pound Norris helped Taylor much either..

Taylor may have taken a sustained beating but the pyscological effects of the Way he lost finished him, same with groves with all the talk before hand which he couldn't back up you can tell in the few performances he has had he just looks a complete shell of himself

Very different. Taylor went up against Chavez and proved he could beat him and was only seconds away from a famous victory.
More in common with the first Groves bout not the second.
But Taylor paid a high price a was physically damaged from the bout.
With Groves it is a lot more psychological and didn't suffered the physical beating that Taylor took.
