One American Golfer and One Irish American Property Developer in Serious discussions with Desmond to take over club, money discussed at a lunch in Grand Caymen last week. Desmond amiable to the offer.

Desmond is a fan but he is a businessman first.
I wouldn't like us to go the bears route accepting any aul chancer with open arms.
