Squads:
Maximum of 40 players per club, loanee’s out are not counted as per the limit, for example if you have 41 players but 1 out on loan then your squad is technically 40 for the duration of the loan.
Match day Squads
16 players picked
3 subs from an allocation of 5 allowed
No restriction on home grown or foreign players
Transfers:
Transfers and releases are open between 12.00am on a Friday until 10.00am on a Monday.

You can;
a) Release as many players as you wish during this time period. But all releases must be at 50% of their transfermarkt.co.uk value at time of release.
b) Make 5 signings during this time period. As an example you can if you wish sign 5 players on a Friday, but this will mean you will have no signings left to make on a Saturday or Sunday.
All signings must be at the £ they are on transfermarkt.co.uk at time of signing.
If the player you wish to sign does not appear on transfermarkt.co.uk you cannot sign that player.

Domestic transfers are negotiable between the two parties. Buy now pay later is allowed. However, as per our last vote 50% of the fee is to be paid up front with the other instalments to be paid over a negotiated period.
There is no such rule allowing for buy now pay later for the foreign transfer market

Loans
Loans are still allowed, however, we have now agreed that all loans have to be until the end of the season and a loan window is only open twice per season
Window 1 before week 2 of the season
Window 2 between weeks 7 and & 8

Loan fees are allowed and are to be negotiated between the 2 managers before the loan is agreed

Tactics

Tactics have a submission deadline of midnight on the Wednesday.
Late tactics carry the punishment of a one slot loss
No tactics before the results doer does results is an automatic 3-0 loss
Playing an unregistered or suspended player also results in an automatic 3-0 loss
Playing an injured player results in one goal against the guilty party as per the last vote
Managers who wish to submit tactics via email are free to do so, however, if requested by another, the manager post results or tactics deadlines are obliged to post their tactics.

Slot split:
There are 10 win slots per match to be split between the 2 sides however the result doer sees fit.
There are no limit to draw slots but common sense has to be applied
In addition to the win slots the home team has an extra slot added to their tally for home advantage so there should be 11 possible winning slots.
When results are published the slot split should also be released for the benefit of feedback
