IF Bale is sold by Real Madrid in the summer, where can he realistically go?
I am not sure he will be sold but was chatting in the office about him. A fellow Arsenal fan made the case for Arsenal buying him for say £65 million and funding that by selling;
Walcott (25 mil?)
Jenkinson (5 mil?)
Podolski (a bag of Monster Munch)
Diaby (half a bag)
Cazorla (12 mil?)
Flamini (an empty packet of said Monster Munch)
what do Arsenal fans think?
If he is sold surely he can only go to
Bayern
Man City
Chelsea
Man Utd
Arsenal
PSG
My money would be on Man Utd
BUT, if he could be sold the idea of being at Arsenal, could that work? would it be worth it?
IF Arsenal bought him that would probably be it in terms of buying
so it could be Bale and out, or Cech, Sniderlin and Rues (as examples before people pull it off in anger) instead.....

Bale won't leave IMO. Perez is still trying to justify this purchase to the fans.
However if he does leave, think United would be the next destination.

Unlikely because Wenger isn't as silly with his money as Ed Woodward.
Wenger would try to low ball Madrid whereas Woodward would pay £30m more than the asking price just to say 'look at me I can spend silly money on transfers'.

can't see himself wanting to leave.
Anywhere else is a step down. At least Perez is on his side.

Agree with this, also can't see us paying the wages he'd inevitably demand, and there's of course the fact he used to play for spurs (regardless if he used to support Arsenal as a kid or not).
If I had to put money on which club he'd end up being sold to, I'd say it would have to be United, although I could perhaps also see him at Chelsea/City.
I don't think he'll be sold this summer though, so for now, I'd say it's a little irrelevant.

Got to be united or City.

Either way the suggestion of selling Walcott to get Bale is madness. Bale left and Walcott right would be the bo.llox. Don't know what you do with Alexis though. Sod it bench Giroud a whack Alexis through the middle.
I doubt Bale would come to us but if he would, the chance to posses both Bale and Walcott would be any manager's dream I imagine.

I'm sure any manager would rather have Bale and Sanchez on the wings than Bale and Walcott.

Wouldn't the ex-Spurs factor prevent Bale from joining Arsenal?

lol Walcott is awful how do Arsenal fans still rate that sprinter.
