Haven't bothered to read the board-I imagine Poch is taking pelters, however he should take very little blame. Our players are just not very good, here's my analysis of our first team..
Lloris-world class
Walker-awful
Verts-average
Dier-poor,but young
Rose-huge improvement-good
Mason-awful
Bentaleb-potential, poor right now
Townsend-beyond awful.
Eriksen-inconsistent
Chadli-average
Kane-Excellent, but just a kid.
Seriously, Baldini has set us back so much-no way can we even compete with the top 4 for a few years. We have so little quality!
Our players are rubbish

Starting to hate Townsend, he is seriously gash and only turns up for England

Harry
Townsend is distinctly average, but to be fair he always does it for England. So fecking annoying.

Average players.....yes.
But to say mopo not at fault at all is daft....no plan b...don't seem to read the game and adjust accordingly.....and doesn't seem much of a motivator.

Too many average players at the club.
We can all forget about competing in the CL for a while. A decade of europa league football beckons unfortunately (for me).

People keep saying no plan b but he changed the system yesterday by having two strikers on the pitch! ( if you can Soldado that )

I can't say I disagreed with Poch's team selection yesterday, other than maybe having Eriksen in a central role, but he seems to be inconsistent no matter what. If Poch is to be blamed for yesterday then you could look at him motivationally. Ultimately a lot of these players wouldn't be good enough whoever manages them, as we've already seen under our 2 previous managers.

He is making mistakes but he is working with a sub standard squad full of young players
------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry an all that but its excuses. Yes if he was playing chelsea his players are not good enough but you cant tell me that villa have a better squad than us cos thats crap.
If a manager has better players than the team he is facing and he struggles then he has to takae a major part of the blame.
Our players might not be good enough for top 4 but they are more than good enough to beat the likes of villa and burnley so its not the players ability in question.
It might be their attitude, it might be their commitment but there is also a hell of a good chance that its team selection and tactics which brings MP firmly into the firing line.
Against utd away he needed to make a tactical substitution after 20 minutes, that clearly indicates wrong team selection, wrong tactics or both.
Against Burnley last week we were disgracful, did Burnly have 4 players in the last England squad? No of course they never because their players are not as good as ours. The same applies to villa, they have a massive injury list and dont have the great a squad to begin with so stop talking bolloxs and trying to defend the indefensible.
He is paid a hell of a lot of money NOT to make mistakes if we wanted a novice who was learning as he went along then we could have stuck with Sherwood, who incidentally keeps beating MP when they face each other.
Its not his first ten games he has had about 50 games in charge now and team selection and tactics like we have seen in the last two weeks are not acceptable when you earn as much as he does.
