Night all, championship match of importance, or rather impotence, ends a bit like Zat Knight's head. All square.

some thoughts:
1st half was pretty much two teams hell bent on giving the ball to each other - their goal from their only real attack came from giving them too much room down the flanks and a shocking header under pressure from Dervite.

2nd half was much better obviously we got suckered on the break on a couple of occasions with Bogdan having to help us out but those were saves I'd have been disappointed if he hadn't saved them.

Final ball needs improving - I noted that when we pressed them high we improved a lot. Nobody on Rochina's wavelength, which caused a lot of balls to go loose. Walker was poor but is still getting to grips with 1st team life and being wing back.

Atmosphere poor again. Picked up after a load of people started using the flash on their phones to make a bizarre light show, like in concerts, but less people.

Thought we were a completely different team when heskey and mavies came on. Thats the key to next season. Get the best players fit and keep them fit. Will have no chance if the same injury problems reoccur.

Joe Riley scored a great goal for Bury las night
I just think he could have been a decent R.B. for us given the chance.
