Ok so he blanked Brook and his excuses are highly contradictory .... Not a big enough name .... he is now, doesnt have a title...he does now....hasnt beat anyone well known ... he has now. Blanks the fight cant fight a week before ramadan bullcrap(not an excuse i have heard any other sportsman use) !
He dodges Bradley and denies it but the IBF show him up.
Now Thurman has called him out and we havent had a response from Khan still.
Is there anyone properly respected left at 147 that he can dodge?!?!
ironically tho he defo beats bradley in my eyes, prob beats Kell (not sure if Kell has the bang to spark Khan out but i might well be very wrong) if he doesnt then Khan schools him i reckon. However Thurman puts Khan to sleep without doubt as soon as Khan starts to slow down (rnd 5 onwards).
so as i said is there anyone else of note that Khan can avoid in the desperate attempt of gettin floyd or pacman (even tho after avoiding those three he doesnt really deserve a crack at either of them)
discuss !!

he's never fighting Khan... way to risky... as been said, there's no benefit in it. he has nothing to prove now.. his legend is cemented.
khans got another 10 years max.. .he's got time.

Cotto at middleweight would be my guess. Go out wining another belt at another weight.
As has been said Khan's desire to fight Mayweather seems a pipe dream.
I;m sure the Brook fight will happen, but at the meantime the British boxing fans are left frustrated.
Interesting what Khan'd Dad was spouting about Hearn. Amir wants more respect apparently
Excuses, excuses..

Hearn has probably been a little disrespectful tbf. I have dug khan out in the last weeks a lot however looking at it. There is a common theme running here with all the British fights that are not being made.. Eddie hearn.. His open approach was refreshing a few years back but imo it's wearing a little thin now and he's getting a lot of stick of fans as he's unable to make the fights that should be made.. He needs to do less talking and more negotiating and especially seeing as the fighters in his stable are not the "A" side in some of the fights so he needs to act accordingly.
However saying that.. Khan has turned down a good opportunity to put brook and Eddie in his place by taking the 5m purse and his belt.. Seems he's scared of losing so can't blame Eddie fullly for this one.

The fact that these fighters are calling out Khan shows conclusively that after the big 2 he is by far the biggest name in that division. Don't hear anyone calling out brook or thurman cos' theres no money in it but,Khan brings the dough no question.

This thread is about Khan not fighting decent opposition in his weight class .... not who is the most popular. Khan doesnt have the ranking or a belt to be able to start dictating at the weight im afraid.
He said all along that he would fight Kell if he had fought a name or had a belt. both been crossed of and he comes up with a different excuse. He is obv desperate to fight Pac or Mayweather but who aint. Hell id give almost anything to earn the millions earned from fighting one of those two. sure only to last 4/5 secs but hey worth it. same time it aint gonna happen!!

That excuse wouldnt work for any other boxer out there so cant be used by Khan.
He has bottled the fight with Kell no questions. Haymon is employed by Khan not the other way around he represents Khan not the other way round.
Poor excuse, Khan or Haymon being to scared to take the fight in case Khan gets chinned only reasonble reason. If he fought Kell and took the belt it would only enhance his rep, and his worth, much more chance of a mayweather fight with that title ... not enough for him to get the fight in my eys but defo puts him in a stronger position, Then he and Kell could rinse a few rematches for megabucks no doubt.
However Algieri it looks like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

ok so the reason behind the ducks is that he doesnt wanna rsk a potential meeting with Pac or Floyd .... Surely tho without fighting the bigger names he is endangering his chances of gettin either fight aswell as his earning possibilities in said fight?

If I'm either Mayweather or Pacquaio, why would I give someone a shot at me (and massive payday) for fighting bums? If that's Khan's logic then I really don't get it.
