venkys sacked sam, replaced him with kean, fine that was a terrible mistake, but other than that they have begun to bring in players of good quality.
we have a tough run of fixtures coming up... and its now time for kean to give our young guns a chance to shine from the start, we have lost 3 experienced players and our midfield from now on will be quite unrecognisable from last year.. with nzonzi, petrovic, formica, ollsen, vuksevic, hoilett, goodwillie and rochina carrying the light and all of our hope for the coming few weeks.
we will be fielding a very young exciting team for the next few weeks due to injury so we need our big guns nelsen samba salgado and givet to take these boys under their wings

today reminded me of last seasons game against spurs, at ewood were we battered them for 90 minutes, but somehow managed to lose... we cant surely have another day like this, we bossed everton made them look poor and our young stars shone bright, we just could not find the back of the net
no blame goes to hoilett or formica for missing those penalties .. no blame goes to samba for that hideous penalty in stoppage time

yea very funny pie lol but its true a misserable unsettled unhappy crowd will feed down into the players.. especialy into young unexperienced players..

The way i feel after that today, I feel like giving up hope, sometimes to stay up you need that bit of luck and the wasn't any today. Just can't get over what happened.

Mmmmm. Sums up how I feel also.
There was no booing near me at half-time on the BE. There were a few at the end, the usual suspects who boo everything all game.
We have an amazing, loyal and knowledgable crowd on the whole. A bit too quiet for my liking, but that may be the effect of modern stadia rather than our fans in particular. I miss the atmosphere of years gone by on the BE.

The half time booing was directed at Lee Mason rather than at the players / Kean.
I think most fans would agree that the squad has undoubted talent, perhaps more so than in previous seasons. The question is whether Kean has the nous and ability to ensure that talent transmits into results. So far that clearly hasn't happened and I can understand why many fans want Kean out as his record since January is very poor. Because of the rebuilding that has happened over the summer I am prepared to give Kean more time to prove he has what it takes to get the best out of his side. Hopefully he and the team can turn things round quickly.
