When one thinks of the facilities we have and the history of Leeds United, the board of directors, management, and coaching staff, and players should feel red faced and ashamed of themselves - we can't even beat a minor team like Rotherham(with all due respects to them) and to think a team like Bournemouth is going up, and last but not least 'Brentford' of all teams getting into the playoffs !!
What's going on at Leeds is deplorable and unacceptable, we are the laughing stock and joke of the football league and we're run by lunatics, and sorry but Redders is not good enough - am sick seeing his interviews with Eddie Gray saying we have a good bunch of lads, and they must be given credit - it is embarrassing, and as I said before he should revert back to the academy. I would go as far as to say, Hockaday if he was still there would have maybe done a better job. As for Cellino he'd better grow up and get his act together or just sell up and do one.
We just need a good experienced coach/manager with minimal interference from the 'President' ...Glad this horror show is over(or is it ?) - let's hope for a fresh start next August.

You might have a bigger ground and catchment area than the clubs mentioned, but they have been way better than you on the pitch,my hats all that matters. Willy waving doesn't get you promoted, grow up FFS

we may also have be playing in a higher division with better players IF OUR OWNERS OF THE LAST 12 YEARS HAD INVESTED PROPERLY ! .....

I was also struck that the Brentford player they interviewed after they went into the playoffs was one Jonathan Douglas - a player many fans thought was useless (I didn't) and, as they club got rid, presumably the club thought he was not good enough too

I don't see anything the player's have done as bad, I see what has gone on in the background as bad, yet afriggingain!..
Problems around the playing and coaching staff were caused because of or by the "offices without a clue", which seem to be located somewhere within the walls off Elland Road!.
Blow those offices up and build new state off the art football loving offices and sit someone in there that'll use them for what they are meant and you never know, some of the doom and gloom might just evaporate like this season seems to have done!.
