Buffon the best goalkeeper in the world?

He won the World Cup in 2006 and has six Serie A winners' medals. But he regrets never playing in the Premier League.

Which other goalkeepers would be in your top 5, best in the world? Iker Casillas? He's won the World Cup, European Championship twice, and Champions League with Real Madrid.

Buffon also said about Harry Kane:

"He has been a bit of a surprise this year because no-one expected him to put in such exceptional performances. And yet here is a young lad who is showing that he is capable of playing in one of the most famous and historic teams in the Premier League, making the difference on the pitch and scoring important goals."

He's not quite the best in the world anymore, he's not what he once was, but he's still top 5 in the world, and the best goalkeeper I've ever seen at his best

Casillas is past it now.

Courtois, Neuer, De Gea are the best at the moment. Ter Stegen will be up there soon

Buffon has had a fantastic career, but he's not the best.

I'd say Neuer is the best by a distance, after that you can take your pick from the likes of Cech, Lloris, De Gea, Courtois and Buffon.

Casillas? No way.
