Anyone that thinks Manny got cheated doesn't know a thing about boxing... Manny was the aggressor but floyd hit more punches and got hit less. It isn't really difficult to figure out is it.

Is that true D4? Manny had an injury as well AND got cheated by the judges. So much BS, Floyd would never have won 12 months ago.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He did have a shoulder injury and has been on the decline for some time now.
Two of the judges scored it right. Floyd probably nicked a lot of the rounds.
Some scored the fight for Pacquiao because he was the aggressor and landed the harder punches.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeh Floyd cheated cos he didn't punch hard enough, jabs should be banned from the sport IMO.
----------------------------------------------
Jabs should not be banned from boxing that is ridiculous. If you don't enjoy watching the tactical side of boxing then MMA is probably where you should head to.
Klitchko (One of the best heavyweights of all time IMO) has knocked opponents out with his jab, and he uses it to perfection. Boxing is a chess match and if your opponent can't figure out how to get past your strategy then they will not beat you. I find the tactics in boxing is what makes the sport different from mindlessly beating each other (Which sure can be fun) and that is why I prefer boxing over MMA.

What next for Manny? Well for a start he'll be walking away from this fight with the best part of 100 million.
Then if reports of his shoulder getting injured during the fight are true he'll have a shoulder operation.
After that he'll probably get back into politics in the Philippines. I'd imagine we'll see Manny fight again as he wouldn't want to go out on that performance.
Also if Floyd is relinquishing his belts then Manny would fancy his chances against anyone in the welterweight division.
Manny against the likes of Khan, Thurman or Brook is a very exciting prospect and would make for great fights to watch.

Can't see Manny fighting in UK. Most likely he will have a final fight back in Manus and then call it a day. Can't see him being interested in Floyds leftovers (belts).

In all seriousness, Manny has left himself an incredible legacy as one of the best boxers this Millennium. I don't know what he is thinking, but there is no dishonour in losing to Floyd, it wasn't close but it wasn't embarrassing.
I reckon he will (or should) take a couple of twilight fights, end on a winning streak and enjoy what little years he has left in him.

No point in going over old ground with Marquez again. One more fight against someone like Garcia if he steps up to 147 and call it a day. I don't want Khan getting a payday.
