Di Marzio is reporting that Chelsea have begun negotiations with Everton over John Stones.
I know a lot of folk are wishing for Varane but we have to be realistic, why would he leave Madrid? Stones is a cracking prospect and English too, for a reasonable fee I think he would be a great purchase for Chelsea. Give him a year learning under Terry and him and Zouma could be a great future partnership!

No one is saying he wouldnt want to play for chelsea or play in the champions league are they? Im saying there is no truth at all in the story and he will go for a grotesque amount of money if/when he moves on - just because Liverpool are a joke these dayswind your neck in

Stones looks good, but I can't see him reaching the level our past England defenders have. Also he's from Barnsley, so having 2 left feet and a tail won't help his career.
