WBA v Wolves
Two good teams, WBA losing there way a bit started strongly and pushed Wolves back, Mkhitaryan making some difference to there attack, Mignolet doing well, Mkhitaryan set up Bony half way through the first half for him to power home. The second half started brightly for Wolves and there rewards came early again through young hitman Carlos Strandberg, Rap has fouund a wee gem here, Kovacic slipped the ball in between the two cbs and Strandberg was quickly onto it as he rounded Patricio for the equaliser. This was a close game with both teams defending for there lives and couldnt name a winner in an entertaining draw.
WBA 1 - 1 Wolves
Bony(Mkhitaryan) 25
Strandberg(Kovacic) 51

Portsmouth v Birmingham
Birmingham cam flying out the blocks v Portsmouth and a quick fire double saw them take a very early two goal lead, first Hamsik found Cavani, then he found Martinez with two very similar goals, looked very easy as the assault on the Portsmouth goal went in, through balls fro hamsik met by the strikers who both cooly sloted home. They held on till half time. However as the second half went on Portsmouth began to dominate in the midfield and slowly clawed there way back into the game, firstly Lewandowski latched onto a Gotze pass, then Berardi cutting in also met a Gotze ball aftyer a neat 1-2. Birmingham were struggling, Schweinsteiger looked drained, Portsmouth hit the winner late on from a cornet as Gotze got his hat trick of assists from a corner as Hummels came up to meet it with apowerful header. A late red for Sub Lavezzi didnt help matters for Birmingham as petulance got him sent off after two silly yellow cards. Birmingham should have maybe shut up shop in the second half after a brave first half.
Portsmouth 3 - 2 Birmingham
Lewandowski 53, Berardi 61, Hummels 83 (Gotzex3)
Cavani(Hamsik)12, Martinez (Hamsik)19
Lavezzi (Brum)
MOTM - Gotze
Hull City v Southampton
A very interesting game, with both teams trying there best to pla possession football, which when they did have the ball they did very well, however both defenses were at there best today giving the forwards not much glimmer of hope in front of goal, it was fast, entertaining from both sides just lacked that clynical edge. More due to the defenders and not there lack of quality. Deep into the second half tho Hull City managed to brek through the Southampton defence, Vietto finally breaking away from rock solid De Vrij, Pereyra slipped him in and he drove home passed Ospina. For the only goal of the game, Southampton maybe deserved something and will find them selves unfortunate
Hull City 1 - 0 Southampton

Was worth having a go just felt as the game went on you would be over whelmed in midfield
